Thing is, if you know anything about football (I’ve played the game at a reasonable level, trained teams and managed teams too), then you’ll know that you can’t change things overnight. It does take time for players ( who are all individuals) to gel into a team.

Sure things can happen quickly, but that is unusual, hence mine and others stance on the subject. We are not saying we’re right and we’re not saying you’re wrong.....but for the umpteenth time, it’s too early to know.

That will then probably depend on how the teams looking.

If the Fullbacks can transform the 4-3-3 into a better offensive link between the front 3 and the rest of the team like the EL youths do then he might stay, if not then they may say thanks for CL football but we need to be better moving forward.

Again, all will come clear, we're not even in January yet, hard to tell how the season will pan out.

Probably sacked. Success in cups isn't a good barometer for how your team is progressing, league finish is.

I agree, lets see how we finish up at the end of the season, if he can't produce the goods he should go simple as that but FFS let's give the guy a chance.
