Odd how neither Utd or as it appears, Leicester City need to do this. Either way, Usmanov has apparently offered to sugar daddy the club to PL glory in the past, but is apparently too shady to be given any voting rights on how the club is managed.

We have more than enough wealth to win the league, it's just a question of actually making the necessary signings.

We could be back on top next weekend given the top four are all playing each other over the next couple of days. So let's put the gloom and doom on ice till then.

Why stop there? We could sign a top striker in the summer so we should really wait until September. Or January. Or the summer after that.

Feel free to be miserable if that suits you. I intend to enjoy the title race no matter where it leaves us at the end of the season. Why watch football if it turns out to be such a burden.

Is that the new line of defending Wenger?

No need to defend him. He's a well paid professional, not my struggling uncle.

its clear as day, the giroud project hasnt been successful in a full EPL season
i cant take it having only 1 striker in the squad (walcott, welbeck are more wingers)

he doesnt address basic squad balance

Still waiting for your games to trophies analysis. Been two days and yet nothing. You must be really crunching those numbers.

ARSENE WENGER

Matches: 1,487 Trophies: 17 - Trophy every 87.47 matches

Slightly out of date from the summer but he is ranked 12th. Rafa Carlo ancelotti cappelo and lvg are all above him as every 40-50 games they win a trophy.

However WKB tribute band could argue that he won 4th place trophy ;)

YOU UNGRATEFUL SWINES!!

Did those managers have to build a stadium with their own 2 hands?
Did they have to compete against super spending oil clubs?
Did they get betrayed by disloyal players? Fabs, Nasri, Van Persie etc??
Did they have to cope with a shoe string budget?
Are any of them true gentlemen?
How many predicted goals where they due?

;)
