Look at your own post, then consider who was in charge of recruitment at Arsenal during that time. Once you've done that look at your list again and then consider what's missing .... where are all the signings from the last decade? A decade when Arsene had full control of all transfers .... make the same list from 2007-17 and the vast majority of these were indeed pubbers

Might not be top quality players but all of them served their functions and some of them were plain unlucky.

Diarra was played at both CM and RB in his short time with us. He was a bit of a brat and wanted to leave basically straight away. Though I have no idea why we couldn't have loaned him instead of sold him to Pompey.

Him, Flamini, Hleb and Gilberto all leaving in 2008 f***ked us up in the midfield area for the entire next decade.
