Need starman asap. He seems to get away with it
LMAO wrote:If Wenger leaves now, it would be be a catastrophe because there is no one to replace him. Players like Ozil and Sanchez would most likely leave, because it was Arsene who enticed them to come. Even more so, very few players of quality would want to come to us anymore. Do you honestly think we would have been able to lure someone like Sanchez if Wenger left after he won the FA cup?
Jurgen Klopp, Diego Simeone, Ronald Koeman, Rudi Garcia, Unai Emery, Frank de Boer. There are plenty of managers out there who could come in and replace Wenger. Ozil and Sanchez are going to leave anyway if Arsenal can't compete for the major silverware (PL and CL); doesn't matter who the manager is. Players of their quality need to aspire for championships, not immaterial fourth place trophies.
We would easily be able to attract star talent. Ffs, who do you think we are: Tottenham or some shit? It's not just the manager that attracts players. It's the stature of the club. I can more than guarantee you that the managers I listed would be able to attract some of the world's top players. We're one of the biggest clubs in the world!

Luis Enrique, Barcelona
Masssimiliano Allegri, Juventus
Unai Emery, Sevilla
Ronald Koeman, Southampton
Mircea Lucescu, Shakhtar Donetsk
Rudi Garcia, Roma
Frank de Boer, Ajax
Nuno Espirito Santo, Valencia

I'm not, his greatest achievement is winning the Europa League.
Which Wenger almost did too.
Emery never faced a top team in any of his EL wins. The best he faced was an 8th placed Liverpool at the start of Klopp's reign

HE LOST A ONE TEAM LIGUE 1 WITH PSG ffs.
TBF monaco got 95 points and won 30 games, its not like they didn't set a good mark.
The fact he went a whole season without winning an away game and being a part of the biggest choke job in european history is far more concerning.
yeah but our fans are stupid so do u think they care about that if theyre happy in a dreamland where emery is considered a good manager
Monaco also got to 95 points, in part due to PSG not beaten them ffs.
Such a shitty appointment.
Anyone remember the 6-1?

2015? Gladbach, Villarreal, Zenit, Fiorentina (arguably the hardest) and Dnipro.
2016? Molde, Basel, Bilbao, Shakhtar and Liverpool (the hardest team in three seasons)
Lol @ 3 EL's
Can only play who's in front of you
If we were in the EL with that fixture list, we'd have a treble of Europa Leagues. Would you seriously rate Wenger based on that?
We faced tougher teams to get to the semi than that list.

The media were literally declaring Arteta the other day but literally a 24hr u turn before the announcement Emery was declared.
They definitely kept that one close to their chest.

Bye Arteta.
Seriously...The Express has become the worst paper ever! They just make up headlines and this looks like another one! I’ll eat a whole copy if I’m wrong!
