No.

Its not worth it, not when the police can't restrain thousands of hooligans who train for it from all over Russia.
Not when their politicians encourage it, its the principal more than anything.

I used to fight all the time when I was younger, was a boxer etc and am not a scared person, well known for taking on practically anyone in my town .......... but this would be just stupid.

No matter how hard you are numbers are a thing and Russian hooligans are among the most game and organised in current world football, why would I or anyone want to go an walk into their back yard? .......... particularly when they'll be spoiling for a fight and trying to hunt down fans in mass?

We all know that the draw was rigged and it should have been in England (given they even had The Meerkat with pictures of him playing in England for then). Aside of that, given the hassle it would be to get a visa and the bunch of commie hooligans that are 30 years behind the times that just want to murder/beat up any fan regardless of if they're a hooligan or not in a country with poor healthcare? No thank you.

That's why I'm glad that the Russian teams are going out of the EL because they will still have their UK visas from when they played Celtic which they had 3 months to get and would come here en mass while the few Gooners who could potentially get out there would be in danger.

Any England fans who go out there thinking "Yeah fk it, we'll have a bit of a row" will be the guys you see getting gang jumped and knocked out on the 10'oclock news.

If they thought it was bad last time in France imagine going to their doorstep.

Even if they huddle together in a few hundred I don't even think that'll be enough....... it was barely enough last time in Marseille and they still came off worse.

Given everything that has been going on, it's quite evident we're in undeclared cold war 2. The UK literally gets buzzed every week by Russian military aircraft, and the cyber war they are carrying out against us.

Anybody that goes is fool hardy and/or ignorant.

Russians really, really hate us. It starts at the top of the tree too. From what I'm hearing, England might be stopped from participating by the gov anyway...

Yeah I can't understand how any country where their politicians were boasting and encouraging their citizens to go around beating up fans in France could be allowed to host a WC ffs.

You have ordinary family's etc going to these tourneys, its not supposed to be one big hooligan event.

I've spent a lot if time in Moscow, can comfortably call it my second favourite city, the place is wild and great for parties.

As A 6ft3 black man I didn't experience any real racism, just some prick in a car shouting some African words to me - while I was leaving my 5* hotel !!!

I love Moscow, can't speak about the rest of the country which may very well be a shithole but Moscow rivals any European city for architecture and the nightlife is off the hook!

I would never go there for a football match though, f**k that!!
