Meanwhile, Arsenal are set to made redundant up to 10 scouts, who helped discover the likes of 20-year-old striker Reiss Nelson and 18-year-old winger Bukayo Saka, from the club's academy as cost-cutting measures caused by coronavirus crisis. (Mail)

It's a travesty.

Warren Buffet says that you don't invest in companies that you don't understand. That's why IT isn't really his forte.

I believe Stan Kroenke has committed that sin. He's an astute businessman. Yet, he has no idea how European football goes around. Look at Chelsea. They have a hands-on owner; they have the real deal in Marina as their DoF.

City hired Barca's football experts. We ended up getting a marketing guy from Barca.

United have had the same issues since SAF. It's simply that they have astronomical money to spend.

Kroenke didn't have to worry about Arsenal as long as Wenger was here. It's changed since. The power tussle between Gazidis and Wenger will have to go down as the single-most tragic event in modern Arsenal history. Gazidis, with the approval of Kroenke, not only won that, he also managed to destroy Arsenal in the process.

We were "underperforming," but we were a top-4 club, we were relevant even when Wenger didn't spend a penny on outfield players in the summer of 2015. After 15/16, presumably Gazidis and Josh got more hands on, and that's where the chaos began.

We offloaded the one genuine football guy we had post-Wenger. That's Mislintat. And now we have handed the keys to a man who was involved in corruption scandals in Brazil and a rookie manager who is his own boss. Our MD/CE is a chartered accountant.

This is seriously messed up.

In every field, billionaires surround themselves with top experts, I can't understand why, at Arsenal, that in itself is a problem.

The more I see Arsenal become a clown show, the more my resolve that Wenger was single-handedly saving this club strengthens.

I also think that we haven't sacked Mikel yet because we don't have a plan in place. We have a corrupt man, who was involved in money laundering with his pal, in charge of Arsenal's footballing affairs. That same man orchestrated a monopolized structure at by sacking our scouts and key employees, so that he becomes the focal point at Arsenal. We have a coach who undermines the history of this great club. We have owners who have failed to under English football.

It's a cocktail of disasters here.

Stanley thought it would be easy replacing Wenger. Nope. Gazidis slid past the backdoor the moment he had all the powers at Arsenal because he didn't have anyone to hide behind. Sanllehi is a fraud, a Nike guy, a marketing professional. Mislintat was let go because he was a genuine football guy.

Why wasn't Mislintat hired as our technical director over this fraud, Edu?

The manager absolutely needs to be sacked at Arsenal. It's imperative. But if the Kroenkes cannot manage Arsenal, they are better off selling Arsenal. They haven't got a clue. They refuse to bring in strong personalities because they want yes-men in charge.

No competent board would allow Arteta to continue his buffoonery here.

Arsenal have seen their won't start in 40 years. Arsenal are breaking all the negative records left, right, center. Yet, here we are, we have some fans defending this absolute demolition we're seeing of Arsenal's legacy and history.

The same lot wanted Wenger out because getting thrashed by Barca and Bayern was boring. The same lot are defending 15th place, no wins, no style, poor performances, lack of goals scored, no creativity—our worst showing in 40 years.

Get a grip.

Arsenal have appointed former England Futsal player Hussein Isa, nicknamed 'Tekkers Guru', as a technical coach. The 34-year-old Spaniard, who has worked on TV adverts as a Lionel Messi body double, will start his role before the 2023-24 season. (Athletic)

I don't see how this will actually help in PL football. The players are already technically gifted otherwise they wouldn't have made it to the PL in the first place.
