next Vieira? I know it's early in his career, but this kid is legit. languid, technical, and strong.
cheers!

ESR > > Willock > Nelson>Saka tbh

ESR mad versatile. Can play as a CM, 10 and wide player. Crazy quick, good passer and elite shooting technique. Said KDB is his idol. Problem is . He's always injured. Like Wilshere, huge talent bt injury plagued.

Wilshere was legit, as was Diaby. Let's not pretend I juries don't completely derail careers.

This next batch are exciting though. Personally haven't seen enough of ESR, but the fact that people talking him up above players that are already on the fringe of the first team, and making an impression, is very promising.

That is true and it always makes me wonder. They might be the exception though.

That's the reason I made the claim that, if you go man for man, Liverpool vs Arsenal, they are not much better than us, comparing last year's best line ups. They have a lot of ordinary players.

Its a lazy comparison, they are not identical in any way apart from both being black and playing in an Arsenal midfield.

nah not lazy, it my opinion and I feel their physical build and being strong ball carriers is alike. like I mentioned, it's early in his career but his size, languid form lend to him being closer to Vieira than cesc.

willock covers ground much like Vieira did as well. much like diaby did. and the fluidity at which they did/do it.

disagreement i'm fine with but calling it lazy?
cheers!

Def not a Vieira.

He is himself, there is a player he kind of reminds me of but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Either way I hope he continues to impress, he seems to me the best out of our youngsters as in ready to play.

Except of course Guendouzi who we forget is still a youngster and that new Brazilian kid looks the ticket as well.

Think Nelson needs to sharpen up a bit but there's something there, its a shame his goal didn't count that would of done him a world of good, decent goal as well tbf.
