Was easily our most productive attacking player at the half way point of the season, was well on course to finishing the season as our top scorer. This was when he was getting more minutes but still never a guaranteed starter. Strange that he wasn't trusted more layer on on the season. .

Arteta had a system he wanted to use, that inflexibility and shit management compromised our best players and we came up short. He was our second top scorer, behind Saka .... but Arteta leaves him out in favour of his brand of "nothing football"

I mean, he gave away our best striker for free, he then stops giving our best goal scoring midfielder game time. Its like he has been sent to destroy us from within.

Didn’t fly to Switzerland and hasn’t trained.
Arteta’s confirmed he has been suffering with an slight injury for weeks and he aggravated it again after the UTD game.

Love the kid, he’s brilliant - but time to sell him.

If it were only impact injuries I would understand as our players seem to be fair game, but a lot of them seem to be muscle injuries.

Just put the kid in a cryogenic chamber during the world cup and hope he comes back fully fit in 2023. He's destined for stardom if he can just get healthy.

I don't think so. Last season was an outlier in terms of his fitness and availability; but even that was just 1 game a week. Star players need to be able to play midweek in Europe and still start in weekend league games.

Out for a while apparently

Something is up with this kid. Always injured and can't last more than around 60-70 mins due to cramp when he is fit.

Get rid if it carries on like this.

Damn - I am hearing on some forums and the twitterverse that he's undergoing surgery and will not be back in training until December.
Probably means he won't feature until well into next year.
A real shame for him, but his time is running out, unfortunately.
