But I have a horrible feeling.

even i got behind emery at the start of his appointment when it was doom and gloom

you have to give the new guy a chance regardless if its arteta or steve mcclaren

Agree. Wasn't keen on Emery from the start, but I at least gave him those first six months of the season before I couldn't feign optimism anymore.

I've said before, it is the only way to bring any stability to our side. Naturally we won't even consider him out of our pampered status.

No Arsenal news in Orn’s Athletic column

Something’s brewing

Surprised at Freddie's openness with his comments around having told the management that they have to make a decision quickly.

Seems like it will be Arteta and Xabi Alonso. Risky move but other than Poch all moves are risky.

They can absolutely f**k OFF with Arteta.
Why we didn't bring in Poch yet baffles me. Too ambitious? Would ask the questions the board doesn't want?

Looks like it's Mikel then.

Everyone should get right behind him.

So Mikel is back!

Ok!

He clearly told Pep to take it easy on us then.

Does he go pep expansive football or david Moyes style? Is he strong enough to take this set of players forward and to command respect among them?

Hope he does well...do have a feeling this thread will re-emerge in 18months with a new list of candidates, another 18 months to fall further behind.

Why go for the real thing when you can go for the unproven understudy / guy who puts out the cones.

Sums up why this club has become an embarrassment and has literally no redeeming qualities these days. Why bother trying to get thing right when you can get things wrong everytime, eh?
