This comes to no real surprise that he’s performing like this.

Absolutely gem this kid. Can’t wait to get him back in our side to prove a point after he was mocked so many times last season.

I have this guy as top 4 winger in terms of U21 who I think will become superstars during their prime. I think we got a special talent here at Arsenal and excited to see the progression

This guy has the chance to be a world class player. I believe he's a top 4 winger in terms of U21 who has a decent chance to become world class

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is keeping a close eye on Bundesliga pair Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson, after their impressive starts to the season - as per Don Balon.

The former plies his trade with Borussia Dortmund, while the latter is currently playing at Hoffenheim on a season-long loan from Arsenal.

Perez is interested in signing both men, but he is aware that Sancho, already valued at around €100m (£89m, $114m) will only become more expensive as he ages, while Nelson might be difficult to lure away from Arsenal in the future.

For those who want to follow Reiss - who's likely to either start or feature as sub - Hoffenheim play Schalke at home on Saturday, 17:30 UK time.

We should think about recalling him in January.
He's not playing enough and it's a joke that players like Szalai and Belfodil consistently start over him.

Arsenal are ready to call Reiss Nelson back to the club early after his impressive displays for Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga, according to Team Talk.

The 18-year-old starlet has scored six goals in 13 appearances while on a season-long loan in Germany, proving he can handle the pressure of playing in one of Europe's top leagues.

Gunners officials have been keeping a close eye on his progress and Unai Emery now hopes to fast-track the youngster into the first team ahead of schedule in January.

Feel he has a place if recalled given his performances. Team is begging for a player who can beat his man and Alex has been too inconsistent. Would like to see him and Auba flanking Laca up front.

Can Hoffenheim choose to keep him for the whole season or are they obligated to let him go if we decide we need him?

I've asked this before and I'm sure someone said there's no recall option.

Emery has been told Arsenal will not sanction recalls for loan stars Calum Chambers, 23, and Reiss Nelson, 19, this month. (Metro)

Hows he doing after his blistering start?

Only really getting used as a sub, has playing minutes off - 8-1-13-26-31-45-71-24-12 in the last two months .... he's trusted to come on and contribute but not to start. Not looked like scoring in weeks, in his last six appearances, albeit as a sub, he's only managed goal attempts in the BMG game ....

Loan players need playing time, he's staying until the summer so let's hope he gets a few more starts ...
