Funny cos he done fine for England and hoffenheim. Bit like how Mkhitaryan spends 2 games away from us and gets 3 goals and 3 assists

Emery has build an unhealthy environment for young players.
He's harsher to young players than older players like Xhaka or Sokratis when it should be the other way.

All of them are scared to make mistakes.
Even Guendouzi played a lot more long/risky passes at the start of last season.

He lacks desire for his age which says a lot.

He's just too lightweight and got bullied when he came on.

Not one of his best contributions, in fact he was very poor, jury is still out on him but something tells me he aint gonna make it.

He'll have plenty of chances in the Europa etc but honestly talent wise .......... I'm not convinced either.

It's a lot more than physical strength that concerns me with Nelson. He came on and literally just ran after the ball and with the ball like a schoolboy. had no idea what was going on around him and didn't seem to know what he even wanted to do with the ball.
Shocking that a player of such limited talent could be anywhere near our first team.

I'm all for giving kids a chance but they need to be decent in the first place to get that chance.

This guy is so bad.

This.

Not only was he physically outmatched but he showed really low footballing IQ.

No positional awareness or situational awareness.

When he got the ball, he literally ran with it in a straight line until he lost it.

Thats street ball.
