We sent him on loan to the team that paid the most (West Brom) as opposed to Bundesliga teams such as Wolfsburg & Hoffenheim where he wanted to go and would have actually played. We then didn’t recall him in Jan because we would have had to void the loan fee received. We prioritised the team that paid us the biggest loan fee - the same way we did with Vela.

And that means he should get fat and lazy?

He was overrated then and isn't that good now, hence he can hardly get in the team over grandpa Robben and OAP Ribery.

Oliver Baumann's positioning for Leverkusen's equaliser is comically bad.

Nice and open game of football - been very end-to-end since KO.

No idea why he was loaned out whilst we had no wide players, worrying Emery doesn't plays wide players and is persisting with xhaka and ozil in a 3, very Wenger like tbh

Because he wasn't good enough to start for us and needed to get games.

Nothing wrong with loaning him out, best for his career and for us the future.

We have got the Nigerian Jordan ibe and a lazy mkhy who aren't even wide players, I think he was good enough to get good game time, if we had a Sanchez, arshavin, still here I would agree with loaning him but we desperately need width.

I agree for his career it was a good move but I think he was good enough and could have improved here.

Had we loaned him and he flopped you'd be saying the exact opposite. There was no way of knowing he'd take to senior football so quickly. Loaning him was the right move

Loaning him out was the right call.
We just needed to buy a quality winger

I really want him to keep this up and come back for next season with the same confidence torriera has in his game. I wouldn't even mind him coming into rotation and us spending big in defence.

He's overall gameplay is nowhere near as good as iwobi's. Honestly he's goals are masking his poor performances. He's still young but for where this club wants to go, he needs to become a world class player if he wants to make it at arsenal long term, and I just dont see it tbh.

Rumours are we can recall him.

Not sure how true that is and whether we'd want to do that being the next Akpom and all that but he should definitely be given a chance in the first team. Looks so confident right now.

Id only consider recalling him unless we absolutely had to. I think it's Important for him to finish what he's started as a regular over there to truly get that experience.

If he came back now hed be experiencing the bench or occasional sub appearance.

Let him make his mark in Germany imo.
