He doesn't need to take money out of the club. In 2011 the club was valued at £1.1bn. Since then we've been on a gradual decline, dropped out of the CL and had a year of empty stadiums. The club was valued recently at £2.3bn. His investment is growing in value whilst declining in sporting performance and revenue. It's incredible really. What other industry would this happen in?

"Valuation" is meaningless without an offer on the table.

As it stands, nobody is going to pay £2bn or whatever for a failing football club that's mired in midtable. Even dictators desperate to whitewash their image can find far cheaper options in the PL than a club with the 4th highest wage bill and 8th best performance.

That bald toad from Spotify stopped showing up mo ths ago once it was clear his sad stunt failed.

The decision of not trying to hire Guardiolla , Klopp and this season Konte is showing our level really. We hire novice to do a job in one of the biggest clubs in the world and Emery a bottlejob basically everywhere he went.Imagine who would want Arteta to be the manager of his club by choice.NOBODY NOF*KINGBODY.

The Rams last had a first-round draft pick in 2016 and are next scheduled one in 2024. Instead they've got older players on huge wages pushing the salary cap to the limit, but it's all part of their win-now mentality.

It's an interesting approach from Kroenke, who has not exactly demonstrated the same vision at Arsenal, as Gunners fans will tell you. Most fans in north London will be about as happy with Kroenke's Rams winning on Sunday as Manchester United fans were about the Glazers winning last year's Super Bowl with Tampa Bay.

Now we know why he doesn't use his own money on us. Wouldn't be surprised if he used Arsenal money to pay for some tinpot stadium in st Louis or wherever

NFL owners don't spend a dime of their own money on player salaries. That money comes from league revenue which is then equally distributed to all 32 teams, and teams cannot exceed the salary cap but must spend a minimum amount of the cap. The salary cap was $198.2 million this season and teams had to spend at least $175 million of that.

Yep. They've put some effort into making the Rams a success. Two Superbowl final appearances, a few division titles and consistent playoff appearances since hiring Sean McVay, who is now the youngest coach to win a Superbowl.

I don't follow the NFL that much but thought it was interesting the way KSE fired their former head coach coach a year into a new contract. Very similar to what happened with Wenger, then took a risk with a very young head coach.

With season ticket prices raised, looks like the rams will get some more money at our expense

Basically Kroenke went all out spending big money on the NFL team he owns so why can't he do it with Arsenal?
