I think Mustafi adds a toughness and level of composure that Gabriel lacks. This Arsenal team is soft and easily bullied. I think less so when Mustafi is on the pitch.

His rapport with Ozil is also a plus.

Mustafi>>>>Gabriel.

composure and ability on the ball sets mustafi away from gabs though the nutter has got a lot better on the ball during his time here. hes not able to split the midfield like mustafi can do though

Had a complete shocker - absolutely dominated by Wilson.

It's a complete disgrace how he automatically came straight back into the side after two clean sheets.

Players like Gabriel, Lucas, Debuchy , Campbell must know/knew regardless of how well they played they are unlikely to start.

It's a joke. Bang average performances from the likes of Cech, Monreal and Bellerin etc... yet they start every match regardless.

Gabriel and Kos must start the next Prem game.

When you put it that way yeah lol.

Shocker though. Wonder if Kos is injured though given his substitution

What a joke lol. He is supposed to stabilise our defense and we were horrible today. Only at Arsenal.

wouldve preferred for him to make his comeback on the weekend rather than a game where we needed 3 points

This.

But the fact we didn't lose today after being three goals down is all Mustafi's doing, imo. It's no coincidence anymore. Guy needs to start every game from now til the end of the season

Not his best game by any means last night, but Shkodran Mustafi's unbeaten record at Arsenal continues.

Didn't Sagna start with 17 games without defeat? Mustafi seems to have passed that record.

wonder what the world record is and who holds it. My guess would be someone from Barcelona, Bayern Munich, or Real Madrid in that order
