Manolas - Expensive. Roma is asking a lot for him and I am not sure if he is that much of an improvement over Mustafi.

Ginter - Dortmund has said that they are not selling him. Which means it will take a lot of money to pry away a 22 year old with a lot of promise. Arsenal are struggling with Lacazette bid as it is.

Koulibaly - Arsenal is not going to enter a bidding war with Chelsea. Even if they did, they would never win.

Rugani - Another young talent. Juventus bid 20M for a gamble on Gabigol. Makes no sense for them to sell a better guaranteed prospect like Rugani. Like Ginter, it would take a lot of $$ to pry him away from Juventus. Also, he is Italian and it is hard to convince Italian players to leave Italy especially a young talent that is playing for a team like Juventus.
