Some talk on Twitter that Newcastle are reviving their earlier interest in him. Possibly a loan, and Holding might want to go if Ben White is expected to start over him.

No more loans let’s just sell players and be done with it, he’s had his chance here

The rumours are saying £20m, but I find that hard to believe since it's Newcastle. Steve Bruce has been openly begging for Willock all summer and we just finished that deal.

Anything more than 5M is daylight robbery

If we get 20M for Holding combine that with Willocks money that’s essentially Ben whites transfer fee and it doesn’t look so bad anymore

He signed a 5 year deal recently, hence the inflated valuation. But yeah, I'd happily take a profit on him and put that towards an attacking mid.

Bring Saliba in in the summer, Holding becomes fourth choice. Plays the same number of games at CB Chambers has this season (two).

For me he's part of that garbage dead wood we're trying to get rid of.

When he and Davis collided and Davis pushed him twice and Holding did nothing, then when the ref had a word with Davis, Holding went over and told the ref it was fine while Davis just looked at him and walked off with a bad look on his face.

Holding is an overly nice, proper melt who doesn't have the fight of Gabriel or the new team players, he's everything that was wrong with the previous first 11.

Can't argue with that tbf

Wenger is still sorry he didn't cost 50m though

Give Holding a break. He’s done an amazing job at totally changing himself with that hair. You can’t expect him to risk it all by getting into confrontations on the pitch. What if he messes it up? Davis could have done a lot of damage there. Give him some time until the roots have taken properly.
