Arseblog has reported that he's heard the aim is to slowly reintroduce Holding back into the fold so he's fit and ready to play regularly after the September international break.
I just hope Emery doesn't end up 'doing a Wenger' and rushing him back too quickly because of the lack of cover. We've seen that so many times in the Wenger years. We really need one more decent centre back to rotate with holding and sokratis.

He literally made Koscielny okay 2 games in 3 days just after he returned to training with the Achilles snap

That's one of the things that worries me. One game with Mustafi or Chambers playing and I can see Holding suddenly making a miraculous recovery.

Another CB is so important in this window!

From the sounds of things, we'll be easing him back slowly. Our injury problems have definitely abated in recent seasons compared to what we experienced before.

Significantly. Holding and Bellerin in the same season was a fluke and looks like recovery is going very well.

Still can’t tell whether Holding is all hype or the real deal.
