To be fair, the last two games Tavares played have been our worse two games so far this season. Yeah, he didn't played well at all, but the rest of the team were equally abysmal.

Maybe but he’s been hauled off by half time twice he’s been so bad.

Bad news for us, he’s an important player and our backup isn’t up to the task.

He didn't play for awhile when we first bought him then he got injured again soon after playing. It's a blow for Arsenal, no doubt. I feel sorry for him if it means he misses the WC. It being so late in the year might give him a chance

Too tough for his own good.

Also, special thanks to the genius that is Steve Clarke for playing Tierney in a meaningless friendly, despite knowing he was carrying an injury.

Given Tierney's injury record, it wasn't the best decision to sign an inexperienced player as his back up. Oh well, this is what we get for bad decision making.

Well, you are right there, I like the player but he needs to be wrapped in cotton wool.

Oh well. Fixture pile ups, playing twice a week....injuries will happen if not managed correctly. I did say this could happen. Tierney was predictable and now we have to wait for news on Partey.

Good chance for Tavares to build back some confidence - he was better than Tierney earlier in the season when he was playing.
In fact he was superb.
