I must have interpreted that wrong or just see it differently. Isn't Vieira just saying that for Arsenal to move forward properly then effective succession planning must take place over next two years so in 2019 we end up with the right manager and the right infrastructure. For the record, I desperately want wenger out, but the board gave him the contract for 2 years and that can't be changed. If paddy is starting to position himself for the job in two years then I think we could do worse. He always had and still has an aura about him that so few do.

Phenomenal, shame he had that injury you could see in that vid he was unplayable when he had pace, still was quality after the injury though.
