Loved both as players. But I also loved Edu as a player but as our DoF, one of the worst to ever do it.

I think Mertasaker might be a better bait than Rosicky, who seems a bit soft for me.
Mert has handled the youths in the academy and seems a straight shooter. Might be able to level w/ Arteta better.
Though,as per recruiting, which needs a lot of contact, I'm not sure how much depth he has. They might have to rehire the recruiters Edu got rid of.

Not totally opossed to x players getting the job, but I am opposed to players that were largely unsuccessful with the club Arteta included it's becoming an old man's network for the bung average as they were for the club.
