17 years since UEFA Final too

Harder than I remember actually. He can't go for other corner because Capone #35 was there. It's a free header in six yards though

If only that were Leeds.. :P

As awesome as Henry was, his big game record puts him out of contention and he will never be considered in the same ilk as Brazilian Ronaldo, Ronaldinho (the most talented player I've ever seen), Zidane, Batistuta (for me at least), etc. I'd include Xavi and Pirlo there too, even if they weren't attacking mids or forwards (Pirlo was initially, but for 90% of his career, he played as a DLP).

In fact, Bergkamp, who never won the World Cup, has scored one of the most amazing goals ever (against Argentina). Henry's most famous goal is the one against Madrid at the Bernabeu.

In big games and cup finals, he never really turned up. We would have won both the UEFA Cup and the CL finals, if Henry exhibited his class on those two fatal nights.

And compare him to Drogba.. 10 finals, 10 goals. Jesus wept.

Shame Henry was a big game bottler.

He was the opposite of Drogba in that sense.

Wenger gets his wish:

This is how it should be imo. Never understood why the window was always open while the season was already on the way

Only of any value if all windows close at same time
Other than that it puts us at a disadvantage over other country's
Wenger doesn't even use the confines of the window we have properly
Another reason for the man to be even more of a victim

Arsenal and Liverpool cannot block the proposal to move their Premier League fixture at the Emirates Stadium to a 16:00 GMT kick-off on Christmas Eve. (Times - subscription required

Liverpool have been angered by the idea, and have registered strong opposition with the Premier League and Sky Sports. (Guardian)

Could be the first step in the war v stupid tv scheduling.

Both teams should just not show up.

13 years since The Invicible's run was ended thanks to Ferguson's gimp aka Mike Riley.

Forgot about this. Could possibly explain why we're so active this window
