Barcelona have ditched plans to sign Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin during the summer transfer window, according to Sport .

Bellerin had previously been Barca’s leading target to fill the right-back role next season, but Arsenal were unwilling to sell the Spaniard.

And, with new coach Ernesto Valverde reportedly having doubts over Bellerin’s physical and technical capabilities, Barca have decided against pursuing a €40 million deal

Barca are legit broke. Too many deals for players when there was no need because they just simply didn't play them over the Spanish players.

Literally breaking the rules and law to bring neymar there seems to have been the tipping point for them and now they are really struggling. Not to mention historical insanity like practically giving away eto'o.

Not as many La Masia products to push out, an aging squad and an obsession with keeping Messi there until he retires is a weight around their neck.

f***ing good. Let's see how many shirts you're going to pull over other players heads now ya c****.

Scrambling around in the dirt to sign a scum reject from a Mickey mouse league lol

Bellerin will thank us a few year later for not selling him to Barca.

Another player who's ego is bigger than his talent ..... let's hope he steps up his game this year and doesn't sulk over being rejected by Barca ...

According to Marca, Arsenal have grown so tired of Barcelona’s attempts to sign Hector Bellerin that they’ve sent a letter to the Camp Nou making clear that the full-back will not be moving this summer.

Respect for Bellerin has grown in this saga, I fully expected him to sulk and leave.

Barcelona have just signed Semedo from Benfica so that should put an end to their Bellerin interest for the time being.

No wonder, Bellerin proving his intellect by trying to improve his crossing
