At least he's adapted to it and uses his technique more.

I still think we could stick AMN at RB and sell Hector while he has stock value.

I don't mind keeping him since he's very committed to our club and dependable. Gives 100% every game! Been a good servant to us.

But defensively he's always going to cost us in big matches. Even when every once in a blue moon he scores a nice goal at a good time.

I know you’re being sarcastic but let’s just say we sold him to PSG for 25M, people would be pointing out that the Martinez fee of 20M and Bellerins 25M make up the 45M release clause for Partey.

Another case of skating by as a fan favourite. This guy was f***ing atrocious yesterday and got embarrassed on at least two occasions, one being their goal.

Offered absolutely 0 going forward either. Terrible.

It was a terrible performance from him. We had nothing to work with down that right side again and would prefer AMN to start down that side.

Really poor defending for that goal. Really poor. All he had to do was show him down the line and not allow him inside. A step backwards for Hector. Hit and miss.

Lol, he always has been, defensively.
His positioning is appalling and he's so easy to beat.
Total liability at the back.
He definitely should have been sold by now, whilst he's still got some reputation left for his attacking skills.

Last time we had a good offensive right back was Eboue, he wasn’t even a bad player just the wrong timing for him with Sagna as competition and being played out of position.

No he hasn't, only learned to cross decently recently. Normally pants defending and pants going forward.

I think he showed improvement and was involved in 3 assists so far this season. He was out of depth against ManCity as Pep surely will not repeat earlier mistakes and must have noticed his improved potential lately.
But it was'nt only him but whole f Arsenal midfield were over run. Only Saka and Tierney showed some fight and determination. The game was given away when Arsenal backed off and let MC develop the passing rhythm. Once their midfield grows into confidence it is diffcult to stop them. We should have stuck to them from the begining. Wrong tactics by Arteta, and Pep had done his homework.

Can't complain, this is the best I've seen him play in years.

Put AMN at LB over Kola. Problem solved.

Fantastic intelligence to go to ground.

Was going to post earlier about how our players lack the intelligence to commit players on yellows and go to ground rather than trying to drive into space with no support.
