Can’t believe anyone is suggesting Lichsteiner for RB.....he’s been terrible this year! AMN should be given a chance, he needs to step up now.

Not sure about pre assists but he has 5 assists this season
In the 654 mins that we were without him through injury we scored 13 goals
A goal every 50 mins
How about comparing goals per minute with him to goals per minute without him?

In the league:
1539 mins played scoring 37 goals a goal every 41 mins
481 mins missed due to injury scoring 10 goals a goal every 48 mins

*these stats are probably slightly wrong since I did them by hand. In fact I've definitely missed a goal since we've scored 48 in the league. They're probably accurate enough to say that we're better with him but not useless without him.

Your summary is probably correct. I think we just look so much better with him in the team, as his pace and energy synergize with Emery's high energy team ethic. Sometimes the stats don't tell the whole truth.

He's played about 4 games and AMN has been much worse and had much more chance to show himself.

Naaah mate !!! What is with you people !! the last handful of games Lichsteiner has been pure pap, one of the worst players I have seen in an Arsenal shirt.

Don't make me choose between him and AMN at RB though, I don't think I can, both are shite.

To be fair to AMN, he's coming back from a broken leg so it's understandable he's going to be rusty as f**k, getting back to full fitness and catching up the education through game time he's missed. It remains to be seen if he can step up but if he were to ever take his chance, now's the time for him to do it and nail himself 2nd RB position.

He's our only realistic chance this season other than licht and Jenkinson.

Licht is too far down the line in his career to adjust and just simply can't cut it physically against pacier opponents.

Jenkinson isn't making the grade imo and has a fair few mistakes/brain farts in him.

AMN is our only hope for the rest of the season unless we switch formation or start rotating in others to that position.

Bellerin, AMN, Lichsteiner? All as sh*t as each other defensively. Maybe Bellerin the worst of a bad bunch.
Bellerin better going forward, but overall a liability whenever he plays.

Don't really care who replaces Bellerin. Probably prefer AMN, but, whatever.

As for bellering, good luck to him but if he never returns? Meh.

Yeah I have actually and also for the last 40 years, and I think Bellerin is a cr*p defender - one of the very worst regular starters at FB we've had in that time. So?
