Or Wenger leaves at the end of the season and we end up with Howe

Or Wenger extends for a year Simone goes to inter and we still end up with Howe

Serie A is dead. He won't go there.

R.I.P. Simeone if he goes to that irrelevant league.

Depends on whether we offer him the job. I can't see him rejecting us. Problem is our board. Simeone is a massive personality and our board would rather a yes man over a titanic figure.

If Mou continues screwing up at ManU, he might be at OT come 2018.

Theres no way Simeone coming to PL in this stage of career.

He will become Inter's manager in 2018. Maybe after his Inter adventure.

Whatever club job he takes next will probably be his last for a while. He'll take over at Argentina after that.

We have to go all-out to get him. You can't pitch Howe against Pep, Klopp, Conte, Mou, and the likes. It'd be anticlimatic.

Seria A makes no sense at all.

Massive step down unless he takes over at Juventus. Just wouldn't make sense.

He's a very ambitious manager who wants to compete with the best. The PL will be his next move I'm quite sure of that. I reckon he's dying to get involved with Klopp, Mourinho, Conte and Pep.

↑ Simeone himself has admitted he would love to manage Inter at some point in his career.

Bringing back Inter top the top 3 in Italy would also fall under ambitious given how dire they have been in recent years, despite the club's change in ownership in 2013.

If by 2018 De Boer has failed to take Internazionale the next level, I wouldn't be surprised if Simeone would be appointed as his successor.

Mancini was given two seasons, it's likely that the same rule applies to FDB.

Bit left field but is there a bigger job than the England job? Maybe Hodgson?

Okay, joking, but seriously, we pay Wenger enough to get ANYBODY we want in that money

Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone wants a move to the Premier League, and could leave the Spanish club before his contract expires in 2018. (Mirror)

If Simeone announces that he wants to leave next summer it's an absolute no brainer - he's the last world class manager who we might actually be able to attract, but even then I can't see our board ever going in for him, even if he's available the summer Wenger departs.

Eddie Howe is far more likely.
