I'd love any of Simone, Klopp, Pep, Ancelotti, or even someone at a smaller club like De Boer or Koeman.

If we'd gone for another Graham, we wouldn't have seen one of the best periods we've had in our history. Just like that, we now need someone completely new, a young manager who focuses on tactics

What Wenger brought was new ideas, not just a new approach

So would Simeone. Or Klopp

Not Ancelotti

If he can make the bus parkers score 100+ in the league..did the double in his debut season.

His Milan team of 2003-07 is one of the greatest in European football history..and that wasn't built on oil money.

While Wenger's team is easy on the eye...Ancelotti delivers result

They made huge losses every year but Berlusconi spent his money to equalize that so his team was built on corruption and mafia money.
f.e. in 2003/2004 the loss was €51.5m that is still very huge today but was a massiv loss back in 2004

There were no mega signings.

Carlo inherited a good team...he turned it into a great one with signings like Pirlo, Kaka and Inzaghi.

The season before he took over..they finished 6th in the league...he took over..and two seasons later they won the champions league...dat mentality.

The actual game was a lot closer than the scoreline indicates. (Happy Real won though)

Milan made some of the biggest transfers in europe at the time he took over only topped by a few other clubs like Real (Figo, Zidane).
Milan spent €146,50m in 2001/2002 alone ..
They won the league under Zaccheroni in 1999, Carlo managed to win the Serie A only once (2003/2004) in his stint from 2001-2009 btw. in 2007/2008 he ended up on place 5th and missed out the CL.

Personally I think he is a good manager if he take over an already good team like he did at Real after he took over from Mourinho and didn't change much but managed to win the CL.

- Their goalkeerper had the game of his life
- We should have had 10+ penalties .. shit ref

Atletico was 1-0 down and Simeone was out of subs after 62nd minute (used the others in HT and 57th). I'm not saying it's always a good idea but that doesn't happen with Wenger and I enjoyed that.

Tbf to him, he's still relatively young in the management game and that decision will stay with him forever.

It's whether he learns from it or let's his emotions dictate his decisions...

David Brent is not a better manager than Arsene Wenger

He lost one player and he's been derailed for 2 years. Meanwhile, he's spent 300m in those 2 years.

He didn't even achieve anything with one of the best players on the planet in it.

Unfortunately managers aren't just given teams.

I'd be smarter than Einstein given the same brain.

Ancelotti...really would kill me if he went to Liverpool...they can have Klopp

would also take Pellegrini if City go for Pep

If not then hopefully the club can pick out a Tuchel type of signing...
