Last time I remember Ancelotti gave Simeone's team a trashing in the CL final...with Don Carl lifting the trophy while Simeone going berserk on the touchline.

Oh yeah..beat him again in the CL quarterfinals

Ancelotti would be a short term solution. Simeone could be here for decades!

Ancelotti is very much in the Wenger mold.

-Doesn't jump around on the touchline,

-Good relationship with his players

-Doesn't pick fights with other managers...

-Attacking football philosphy (even boring Chelski scored 104 goals in the league!)

Tbh, I want someone different from Wenger

If we'd gone for another Graham, we wouldn't have seen one of the best periods we've had in our history. Just like that, we now need someone completely new, a young manager who focuses on tactics

What Wenger brought was new ideas, not just a new approach

So would Simeone. Or Klopp

Not Ancelotti

I agree. We tried replacing graham with a like-for-like in rioch and it didn't work.

We need a complete change in approach, we need a tactician and a man-motivator!

If he can make the bus parkers score 100+ in the league..did the double in his debut season.

His Milan team of 2003-07 is one of the greatest in European football history..and that wasn't built on oil money.

While Wenger's team is easy on the eye...Ancelotti delivers result

simeone for me would be ideal as much as I like ancelotti and would be pleased with his appointment simeone is a complete curveball, mental coach loves attention to the little details knows how to defensively set up a team something wenger never takes any real pride in what his achieved with atletico Madrid is incredible wenger for the last 10 years has kept arsenal in the same place plus simeone doesn't accept fools the way wenger does look at mandzukic good player but wasn't right for the team was shipped out after one season and replaced with Martinez and vietto we still have giroud as are real only out and out striker for 4 years, the premier league has a lot of money but the coaches at the top of the table aren't great pellegrini Rodgers and wenger aren't top managers in the same way pep ancelotti simeone are we need an elite manager to go and take this team to the next level something wenger isn't doing wenger is far too comfortable coming 3rd or 4th not winning the league isn't a big issue for wenger and that's were the problem starts with arsenal

We will never have a manager at this club that will be here for decades after Wenger leaves. It doesn't happen in football anymore and for good reason. 5/6 year stints are what's necessary.

They made huge losses every year but Berlusconi spent his money to equalize that so his team was built on corruption and mafia money.
f.e. in 2003/2004 the loss was €51.5m that is still very huge today but was a massiv loss back in 2004

#GoonersWorldExcuses
- Their goalkeerper had the game of his life
- We should have had 10+ penalties .. shit ref
- If long term injured player xyz would have been available we would have won easily

Ancelotti's Real Madrid gave Simeone's Atletico Madrid a trashing in the CL final? Were we watching different matches? Because the one I remember, Real were a few seconds away from not winning La Decima before Sergio Ramos saved them by heading in a goal at 90+3' to send the match into extra time where Atletico completely ran out of steam.

4-1 in a final is a thrashing.
