He's another player who at times looks very capable, the concern is that he's 2nd tier not 1st tier, going forward against the team with the second worst defence in the EPL he looked good (final ball was to often a bit meh) but defensively he was still missing in action far to often. He's a decent player but is he good enough to play wing back in a top four side? I'm yet to be convinced.

Were they that bad otherwise?

He's always bad defensively.

Didn't see the game. Saw motd. Can't speak for his overall performance. Great assist. Could do nothing about the OG. We won.

On we go

He isnt a patch on Monreal. We will struggle if this dude is our starting LB next season. Decent going forward, horrible as a defender.

Yeah since he's come back from injury he's been a beast at LWB.

I'm really seeing something with this guy, he's technically very good, his skills are getting better and better, he was helping defence today, his overlapping is excellent.

Honestly I think we have a player on our hands with this guy now, he's gone up levels since last year.

Looking at him today he was as good as anyone on the pitch and can play on a level with our top talent without fkin up the moves.

I'm a big fan of Kolasinac but a big hater of 5 at the back. I want to see him consistently played at LB in a 4 and see how he does

He'll be shit since he's not a wingback

Great game in his favoured position yesterday though

Absolute beast when he goes forward, big pace, players can't catch him. And those fizzed in crosses are a forward's dream.

He actually made himself do the defensive work his instinct doesnt want to do, you could see him not make an effort - then sense the danger and put it in to get back and help. Loved that.

He should be one of the first names on the the team sheet. He injects so much life into our play. He is a warrior, so much passion and commitment. Without him we our not the same threat.

really hard to shoehorn him in unless we play 3atb

way too much of a defensive liability if its a 4atb

a back 3 of sokratis - koscielny - monreal is probs our best bet for the rest of the season though
