I watched the fracas again this morning and SK got a slight push which sent him into a big rage and he was right up for it. He did quite well to restrain himself!

f***ing amazing, that is a warrior right there. Loved his his reactions when them spuds got that dodgy pen, he went ape shit and started to push a couple of their players, He has the right attitude and is a real threat going forward, he offers a lot despite his defensive qualities

Every team needs a player like this. Fortunately for us we have him and Xhaka.

Lichtsteiner? Sokratis is also very good at his cynical yet subtle challenges. Younger players like Bellerin, Holding and Guendouzi have already learned something from these veterans.

Sokratis gets all over people so much they fall over and we give away a free kick. That is precisely what led to their first goal. Just saying!

What precisely led to their first goal was allowing Dire (more appropriate spelling) enough freedom to edge off side and make the header and then our keeper shovelling it into the net instead of making a routine save.

Preventing the header going for a corner even would only have been reasonable considering our keepers previous performances.
