The guy shouldn't be allowed to shot on target cause he is an awful finisher but the rest of his game is okay/good but dunno if Arsenal could make use of him.

Would great option for the right wing we have been lacking goals from there. He has been excellent for Dortmund this season in all competition 20 goals plus 24 assists in 40 games

Isn't he close with Özil in assists this season? Decent is an underselling.
