Yeah, totally !!! Definitely need to see more from him, not been impressed thus far. Looks to be pissed off still from mistreatment from Maureen perhaps ?!

Given the numerous team selections of posters that readily omit the Armenian and that some even believe that you can't have him and Ozil in the same team, I can only conclude that people still don't see just how good this fella really is.

Everybody hails the Man City team not just for being crammed full of attacking talent but for winning and doing it with style and panache. Liverpool similarly deserve their plaudits for the progressive football with flair they are showing whilst only the last bit of their jigsaw is missing..winning trophies. However, a standout feature of both is that they have more than one source able to create good attacking play and plenty of chances to score.

Some people could see last season that Aubameyang and Laccazette had a connection that meant not only could they play together but actually compliment each others game. I am not saying to the same extent but on the few occasions they have played together I have seen a bit of a similar connection between Ozil and Mkhitaryan.

We are now hoping Laccazette & Aubameyang will fill their boots from mesut's supply line but I think Mkhitaryan might also benefit to the tune of being our top scoring midfielder whilst competing with the German to be assist king.

Yep, people saying he's been shit but on the counter he's rapid and usually picks the right ball. Very direct and driven player.

I'm a big fan of of Mkhitaryan. Great eye for a pass, fairly quick, can score and has a counter attacking brain. He's basically Rosicky's spiritual replacement. He just needs a good run in the team and confidence.

Him and Ozil should both be on the pitch, swapping positions throughout the game.
