Atta boy.

One thing I'm not understanding is the whole dynamics of loans for Mkhi and Elneny. Do we envisage a future for them at Arsenal, or could we not crack a perma deal? 'Course it's the latter, however, couldn't we simply sell Mkhi for £10m, or Elneny for £5m?

:dontknow:

I've read conflicting things on the terms of Micky's loan deal, as some have said there is an option to buy for Roma. But with Elneny, there is definitely an option for Besiktas to buy him for a fee of €18m. I hope he does well enough so that they buy him.

The biggest stumbling block for Micky leaving on a permanent deal is his age and his lucrative wages, which very few clubs will be willing to pay. Elneny's still relatively young, but for the calibre of clubs he will attract, £55k p/w is quite a hefty chunk.

At least they will both be off the books for the next year though.

Bonfire.

To the point where the squads getting light again.

Both Iwobi and Mkhi were core parts of our wide options last year, better hope Nelson or Saka explodes in development because we're not down to no spare senior wide players.

Guess Ozil could play wide as a floating CAM when needed, he's done it before?

Good. Now why the hell did we play him yesterday. Not only did Emery know he was shit, he also risked this loan move.

In that cameo, he also challenged Xhaka as the worst player on the pitch. Impressive feat, tbh.

The man is gone ........ will the whining never end?

I wonder if Emery will be getting the blame for Mkhi's sh*t performances for Roma?
