Iwobi makes me nervous, at least Wellbeck can other something despite his limited ability.

Marvellous.

Ian Wright was suspended
Jenson and keown were injured when we beat Parma to win the cup winners cup in 94

Shouldn't even be an either/or. It should be neither.

A team like Arsenal should not have to depend on either for meaningful games.

Playing limited players like these is one of the big reason why we are firmly cemented in 6th place.

That was down to a brilliant tactical performance from George Graham.

We killed the game from the 1st minute. We did that a lot back then. We were brilliant at it. The equal today would be Athletico Madrid.

I should add that I do think we can win it this year.

Just found out that this guy is on £200k (maybe more) a week.

Now whilst I rate him I do think he's on a bit too much. The majority of our squad are not even close to that.

Could cause problems down the line with players renewing contracts or with players we are trying to bring in.

Mkhi is on £190k iirc. Auba is on £180k.

Ozil, Auba, and Mkhi are at another level compared to our other players. They deserve whatever they're getting paid in footballing terms.

None of the other Arsenal players deserve more than £120k. Perhaps Ramsey as he has a history of scoring in big games for us.

That's a relief as he's arguably the most important player in squad for this competition when you look at his performances for us and United last year in Europe.

Agreed. We will see how Wenger will line up because mikhi is a starter. Surely lacazette has to be dropped and welbeck taking his place.

No I don't think so, there's a smarter way to do it.

Move Mkhitarayan or Ozil central and bench Wilshere and keep Lacazette and Welbeck on the pitch.

Both can score and contribute, why limit our goal scoring potential especially if Welbeck has a bad day, having both means double the chances of goals between them.

Wilshere's recent performances def deserve to be sidelined.

All wrong. Lacazette is far away from scoring goals, his bad movement and his speed are not good enough at the moment, maybe in the future with another system it works but now we don't have time for experiments. So let the players play in their best positions. Mikhi welbeck ramsey, maybe özil can all score goals at the moment. The opponents won't get easier....

All wrong ........... yet Lacazette scored 2 goals in the last prem game??

Let the players play in there best positions? so Ozil and Mkh can't play CAM???

You'd rather Wilshere instead of Lacazette?

Lacazette scored two goals(one penalty) against cska when the game was decided, in the other game Aubameyang gifted him a penalty. I meant welbeck he seems to be on fire, so play as striker and that means lacazette has to be on the Bench. Yes wilshere and El neny/xhaka isn't too bad and it gives ramsey more free zone. It's lacazette allround game, it's not good enough at the moment and three goals with two Penaltys won't Change this fact

How many penalties did your boy Giroud score to fluff up his record?

I used to say the same thing about Giroud but was told "A goals a goal" so I'm playing by that rule now for Lacazette.

Honestly, he could be doing a bit better but he's only just got back from injury and already has 3 goals so far so until he has a goal drought I'm not calling him out just yet.
