Shame those stats are wrong :P

whoscored has him at 15 goals
soccerbase 15 goals
foxsports 15 goals
espn 16 goals

goal.com somehow made him have 6 goals in the europa league which is bollocks.

assists I see 18 everywhere.

20|24 is correct including League, Cup, EL qualifier and EL.
If you combine EL qualifier and EL he has scored six goals in Europe.

Either him or Yarmolenko would be good signings. Bye to Ox/Walcott

He's better than Sanchez.......there I said it. Hell I would switch him for Sanchez any day of the week

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is weighing up a move to Arsenal as Borussia Dortmund attempt to tie down the attacking midfielder with a contract extension.

Where's PG at? Surely the not-really-a-CAM-not-really-a-winger comment is in order?

Seriously though, would rather us spend everything on a striker than more wingers / CAMs

Don't think a so called world class player has ever had as awful a season as Alexis is having.

Don't think you've watched Dortmund play last season... Mkhitaryan has gone through a much more disastrous spell. I can recall reading he - at some point - had 2 goals in 22 league appearances...

Alexis never even near had such a poor season for us as HM's had for Dortmund less than a year ago. Dortmund's collapse was partly detrimental to his form but the same applies to Sanchez, who has still scored 11 and assisted 11 in 33 appearances for us so far this season.

We're accustomed to a much higher standard of Alexis, but he has still delivered regularly, despite playing poorly. Mkhitaryan - on the other hand - became a proper liability until he finally picked himself up near the end of the season when Dortmund were climbing further up the table. Coincidence? Don't make me laugh. Did sweet f* all when his team needed him the most.

5 in 42 is an atrocious record for a wing forward. Those are Chamberlain statistics, a player who you despise fiercely. 2.8 times worse than Alexis' sup-bar season for us.

Why is acceptable for a Dortmund player to have a sub-par season but not when it happens to an Arsenal player? and more importantly why would you trade them?

Football isn't all about statistics, but i've watched enough of their games last season and he was simply horrendous. Be careful what you wish for.

We can turn it around and say Sanchez has never had a season as good as Mik is having. Players drop in form. But as overall player. i personally think he is better than Reus and Sanchez. But Armenia isnt very glamorous country. Anyway you can argue either way, its matter of taste end of the day. These players are pretty much same level according to most people
