I don't base my opinion of a player on friendly games where he played out of position.

Yeah, what's the logic of judging a winger when he's played the game as a defender?

Regardless, the kids need a cup run first to see how they handle proper games not friendlies, what top 4 team would rely on their youth team to start games in a run to win trophies??

............ and on Perez, I'd rather he did stay.

Only forward player who's anywhere near the same technical wave length of Lacazette, Ozil and Sanchez outside of Cazorla.

Maybe we still have time and Wenger may reverse his thinking here, one can only hope.

I like Perez and feel he absolutely would be suited to back up on those two forward positions but Ox is not a great goal threat and both he and Perez have one foot out the door.

The position we're in we may not even have Perez or Ox when the season starts so then what .........

Imagine the very possible scenario of going into next season without .........

Sanchez, Ox, Perez and on top of that some of you are saying Theo and Welbeck?

Sanchez regardless, we are then left with Iwobi, I like Iwobi but is he really going to be the only viable back up for both Ozil and Sanchez?

MesutOzil011 saying Niles and co is ridiculous for first team consideration, they are Carling Cup / FA Cup worthy at best at this point.

How many times have our Akpom's, Bendtners, Frimpongs etc looked good in Cup competitions but against Chelsea, City, Liverpool in the league?

Or we could sell Theo and tell Perez you're firmly the main backup and will get time every game as a sub at the very least.

This. Perez is still at the club. He would stay, if we offloaded Theo and Welbz or maybe even just one of them.
Offloading all of Perez, Ox, Welbeck and Theo without buying anyone new would be a disaster for sure, but no one actually suggested that, I think?

We never give Testimonials, so this might be perfect. Wenger might get rid just to not give him one.

Always does well when Cripps is banned

Has anyone seen Theo and Cripps at the same time? What if he's shit because he's Cripps and is always posting here, instead of training?

Wenger really must bin both him and Giroud after this season. He can claim they were both successes because both bagged 100+ goals apiece for us. Of course one needed a decade to do it.

Just your typical Theo performance.

Two easy tap ins and that was about it. Still doesn't contribute enough in a build up of an attack.

Should have had 4.

His positioning is good though. He's mostly at the right place at the right time
