Think Ryan might play next week. He was pretty good for Brighton.

Cant be any worse than Leno.
Bob Wilson would still be better.

Agendas getting boring but I know you won't stop. Ffs you're still at it with the Auba one.

So have at it.

Irony.

I comment on the game I just saw.
Leno useless.
Auba is on another thread - also useless.

That's just what they were tonight.

Hopefully, they can do better next time.

It would be nice to have something good to say about Leno but he's made so many screw-ups this year it's now his trade mark. He's a comedy act - better than his namesake Jay Leno.

i think this guy might be better in goal, though

Goalkeeping legend Seaman telling it like it is. No doubt. Leno the main culprit for both goals.

Leno's career over. Ach's dream of making it as a pundit well and truly finished now. Postman for life it is.

I think the wider issue is that Leno is being asked to play like this and maybe that he’s not cut out to do so and hence he’s making errors.

Wider issue is shit players in midfield who can't deal with the passing out the back style

Partey seems fine with it. Scored a goal from it when he was passed to.

Xhaka and Ceballos panicked and you see what happened.

Lenos fine. Midfield isn't

Tbf not just the midfield, luiz f***ked up as well yesterday but fortunately they missed.

He can’t go in the middle of the season though, with that in mind you’d not ask him to pass from the back.

I agree that the midfielders also were poor, they’re so slow in thought and so ridiculous things.

If you’re in trouble just kick it out to be safe.

The midfield clearly can’t handle it, but maybe Leno isn’t the most comfortable with it either, maybe he’s been asked to play differently from his natural game, that’s not to say he wouldn’t pass out sometimes normally, but maybe he now feels like he has to all the time and it wouldn’t be what he’d usually do in a given situation he’s faced with.

Those passes leno made is no different to what Emerson makes to city players all the time. And he's seen as awesome as playing out from the back.

Maybe lenos only fault is he trusts his shit team mates too much.

Hopefully he will just kick it out v Spurs and completely ignore Artetas orders.

Well, its this but for me its also team selections. Why would you pick Leno and play a style he is unsuited to ? Its just basic mistakes, its square pegs in round oles and it never works ! Arteta is the one making these mistakes.

Ach, the problem is Leno is fine for a different style of football. but I cannot blame Leno, because he is out of his comfort zone.
