For example; a significantly less agile Petr Cech 3-4 years ago would not have saved that.

Yes just saw this, exactly. Particularly given Leno has had previous of poor parrying when shots are coming from that type of angle as well, was a great series of saves and well worth huge credit.

Ok, I thought it was the initial save that was being lauded

5 clean sheets in a row?

Haven't missed emi this season at all. Testament to how good Leno has been

Done well recently, huge saves against Newcastle in the cup and the whole defence has been pretty assured.

Glad to see it, hope it holds when we face bigger attacking challenges (the whole defence not just him).

Playing well again so far, had a few saves to make. Couldn’t do anything on the goal.

So, so much. Our defense looks much shakier without him.
Leno is a good goalkeeper in general but Emi's presence was something else. I trusted him. I don't trust Leno.

Can't understand some moans about him here. He had a really good game and in general he looks very up to it lately. I don't miss Emi in the moment, Leno doesn't give me reason to lately.
