He was bad that first half. I think he wasn't as bad in the 2nd cos we more or less gave up passing to him and thus he was out of the game. Cant remember him doing anything in the 2nd at all either good or bad

But hes not good enough as a starter. Welbeck isn't good enough as a starter or sub

Laca has to stay fit

Keep Giroud as sub

That's not even in question, Giroud is only better at one thing and that's headers.

Shooting, mobility, effective near and far from goal etc etc etc

Lacazette would of scored easily today.

Giroud was ok by his standards but not being more involved and not scoring is not a great look against Koln.

Before people say "He had no service" that in there lies the problem, without being spoon fed he is useless, Lacazette can come and get the ball to get involved, Giroud's has to be glued to the goal line due to lack of pace.

Tbf though glad to have them both but Giroud needs to be super sub.

Lewandowski had two bites at it last season
As did aubameyang
In fact he has had 6 goes at it v cologne without scoring

Giroud was involved in that exquisite move near the end that included heel flicks from both him and wilshere( you may remember him, that player that was kept out the Bournemouth side by harry arter, funny you never mention that( well in the last 10 seconds at least)
Before Nelson (his just turned 17 you know so bound to be no good) fed Sanchez for that dink that agonisingly just failed to creep in.
It was late in the game
It was late at night
But it did happen

A heel flick constitutes a good game according to Starman then

Well obviously he will touch the ball in a half.

Making yourself look a little silly here

Just filling in something you said you missed
Shows an arsenal player in a better light
Something we all want being fans and that
Not bothered about looking silly

He's just a super sub now. Will always nick goals when he's fresh and the oppos a bit knackered for physical aerial battles.

Bellerín - Giroud - Nelson - Wilshere - Nelson - Sánchez

Ball changes player 5 times in 6 seconds

Considering recent going ons, going for 2 over head kicks should mean 2 bookings thus a sending off

Should've had two penalties and one assist.
