I'd get this strategy if he had one more year, but he's here for two more.

He's here until 2021. Unless we end up 8th or something, or Kroenke sells. He'd be the first one to leave if Kroenke opted out.
In Wenger's eyes, we were only a point behind where we wanted to be last season. The objective is top-4. And you can't blame him for being cozy. It was just a point. We've added Lacazette. We've done enough.
