shows desperation .

Ozil has a few good games every year , usually against weak opposition.

Sorry but go back over the last few weeks on here .......... four games lost and every one of his troll haters were in here each game blaming practically only him.

We're allowed to fire once from that amount of BS.

Cant think of too many other players that I would rather have than this guy in the final 3rd making the final killer pass or the decisions.

He is a high IQ footballer.

Turned up today for like the 4th time this season so we'll probs see one more good game from him.

None ever blamed only ozil. Every single player thread got bumped after every single game. Every player got critism. The difference is that when it happends at ozil that people have the need to get defensive, whereas with xhaka for.example it doesnt happen.

Has Ozil missed 2 thirds if the season injured regularly?? Relatively speaking thats all Wilshere deserves!!

Good point I suppose both those average players are about the same level so why not a more even wage.

Are you mad?? Pop quiz, which one is one of the best attacking midfielders in world football with record assists in EVERY league he has played in and which player is an injury prone wasteman who struggled to get game time at Bournemouth and who rarely has top level performances - very rarely??

And you think there should be parity? Its the reason we are in such a dumb f**k situation in the first place, Wenger's socialist pay regime that some players like Denilson, Almunia and Bendtner on £50k per week at a time the best players were on £80-£100k.

Walcott got £100k per week ffs. Ok, he had a good season and a decent return on goals but £100k per week?!!! What madness took the club!

This.

By all accounts it was a good "team" performance, I only got to watch part of the second half. Anyone with half a brain knows this and I have been saying it myself - when those around Ozil play well he does too. When they play shit, guess what - he does too.

Get the team functioning and Ozil will be a phenom.

Actually he played consistenly well from the Spurs game November 19th up to the Everton game on February 3rd. So your statement is very incorrect.

While you may be more level headed there are others that try to make Ozil the scapegoat for everything that is wrong with Arsenal. Not going to bother to dig the posts, but they are there.

I agree that the team has not been consistent including Ozil.. but that starts with the manager when the entire team isn’t performing.
