Or a goal as well placed and finessed as the one against Sunderland.

Bergkamp was on another level with his technical ability, I don't think anyone on that list, despite being so, so good, is close to him

Best player we'll ever have.

Realistically it's Henry but w/e

Even if you think it's Henry, I don't get how Bergkamp isn't a realistic choice for best ever Arsenal player.

I'm talking technical ability, which is what the discussion is on about.

Henry was more prolific, but Bergkamp was the true technical genius we had at Arsenal

Compared to him, Rosicky is a cheap copy, compared to Rosicky, Santi is a cheap copy

Ozil too, I don't consider anywhere near Bergkamp

Because it's Henry. As simple as that. I prefer Bergkamp too but the stats don't lie. Henry is arguably the best player in Premier League history.

I was responding to Va-va and i have the impression he meant best player ever in general.

Mate, we're literally talking about technical ability, not the best player of all time.

Got it, responding to Va Va Voom.

I think the most underrated feature of that team were Pires and Ljungberg, most of the praise went to Bergkamp and Henry, but those two were arguably one of the best wingers to grace AFC

Henry without doubt is our best ever player, dennis did nothing in Europe.

And Henry did? Bottled every chance in the CL final, didn't score for us in a final in general

He did bottle the final but he lead us there, far more than Dennis ever did for us in europe

He drove with Vic Akers if he was going to a game

Doesn't change how he was as a player. Not like Thierry was much better just cause he didn't have a fear of flying

I think Henry is the best we've had but Dennis was always my favourite and well ahead of anyone we've had in terms of technical ability

Not going to get into the Henry vs. Bergkamp debate. But suggesting that Henry is not in the top 5 most technical players is the kind of stuff that should get you certified as a loon.

I think Henry was another level tbh, 24+pl goals 5 seasons running no one has dominated the pl like he did.

We need mahrez to seriously compete with him, yeah his quality on his day but on to many days he has gone missing, he needs a serious back up to keep him on his toes
