I think all it really requires is a CM to play alongside Torreira, with good mobility, good range of passing and a bit of discipline. To be able to link up play, provide an extra body to break up opposing play, to be smart enough to read the game, I'm sure we have a player like that at Arsenal ... I refuse to believe we don't.

I'd like to see a Torreira - Ramsey midfield tbh.

The only issue is it'll end up being a Torreira - Ozil midfield.

We have the worst midfield out of all clubs in the top-6.

Xhaka - Torreira - Ramsey
Ozil
Laca - Auba

There's no guarantee that this will work, but it's the best system, on paper, for the players we have. 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 won't work for us because we don't have wingers, and Xhaka is a liability defensively.

We also need someone like Modric or Rakitic in the middle alongside Torreira. To think City have the two Silvas, Gundogan, and KdB to fill their CM/advanced CM roles.. We will never be able to compete with that.

This is basically what we done in second half vs Wolves but with Guendozi for Rambo.

Problem is taking Iwobi off meant we completely lost all width (I know we didn't have much anyway.)

I think Iwobi would be a good transition player from midfield

Only olayer in our squad who’s a direct dribbler

I think the Ox could have been a good winger. His playing style is direct and aggressive. Could have been a good wing forward. If he was still here I'd advocate trying him there

I would agree with you, Ramsey doers have most of the attributes. His problems are he lacks discipline and is often nowhere to be seen when play breaks down and his insistence on over-complicating things.

I actually love him so much it's unreal.

"Rob knows. He always take from me a nuts.... a lot" :rofll: Seems there's a little roman between him and Holding going on that we didn't know about. He mentions him a few times.

Ffs Sims he clearly says nuts after he's already passed the ball.

He's definitely called that as he's kicked the ball.

It's his thing. He knows when it's going to happen lol.
