You can't presume a player will come back, and if they do they're not the same player

I agree, its likely to be a career ending injury unfortunately. I'm sure he won't be thinking that though and will fight to get fit again!

If there's one player I'm convinced won't let this end his career it's Welbeck, man always comes back fighting and trains hard af. He's more of an athlete than a technician which will help him get over this.

If he recovers well, no beef with him staying but good luck wherever he goes. One of the most likable players we've had, despite being truly terrible at times, could never dislike the guy.

Doubt he recovers before his contract runs out, so I can't see the club renewing.

At least Welbz ended his Arsenal career with a run of good form. He'll be remembered fondly, for what it's worth

Welbeck is a true inspiration, if he can make it every kid in the country should have belief they can

Unlikely

He is the answer to the worst ever first team Arsenal player question for many people.

For me it's Xhaka but can't argue with those choosing welbeck.

Arteta must be thanking his lucky star these 2 exist.

You're joking right?

Denilson, Chamakh, Andre Santos, Squillaci, Sylvestre and of course, the absolute calamity of a football player - Abou Diaby.

Welbeck isn't even the worst player in our current first team sqaud.
