Lol

I remember when we were playing with 5 in the back, that some members here including me wanting to give him a try at wing back.
Maybe he will be a versatile rotation option for all positions on field (except for striker)

He can do it. He was always a good defender for the opponent.

Yeah I'm really not sure about this.

How do you go from striker to LB without your soul being destroyed.

Welbeck maybe many things but he's too good to be a left back, we can at least give him that, he does pull out some skills now and again.

Fk me Emery's standards must be high if he sees Welbeck as only good enough as LB, but then again he has just come from PSG, maybe its us who needs to up our standards?

------------------ Cech/Leno
Lichtsteiner - Sokratis - Donreal - Welbeck

Best defense in the league incoming, folks.

You're never too good to play any position. Each position requires its own skill sets I don't know why you think bring a full back is so easy. Plus Welbeck is probably the worst player in our squad anyway.

Welbeck at LB is the absolute piss take. Emery is a mini Wenger. I love him already. :rofll:

In Emery's defense, LB is Welbeck's only hope.

He destroys far too many attack buildups up front because of his clumsiness.

Just keep him as far away as possible from out front line.

You see, this is why Emery is a genius. Here I am saying I'll never give Welbeck a second chance and Unai finds a way to put all that 'work ethic' to good use
