Think this could be the end of Santi at Arsenal unfortunately

What a player, hopefully Xhaka can fill his boots and become the midfielder were constantly missing when santi's unavailable

Just because their good passers he is completely different he can't replace Santi, to replace santi and go one step further and forget about santi, we need a creative player further forward that plays close proximity to ozil, mahrez would be the clear candidate but hard to get.

A cf to, Sanchez mahrez/reus ozil behind a striker like Lacazette/lukaku is what is required.

Reality we need huge spending to be faves for pl and actually be in the mix for the cl.

Cazorla being in your top 3 most important players is a very good team, cazorla being a squad player is a world class team.

Kroos 24M, Fabregas 27M, Gundogan 23M a few players we could have signed these past few years to rotate with Cazorla but Wenger doesn't do squads.

Should have put a buyback clause on Ozyakup he would have made a decent alternative, the only youngster who's really made it in recent years since leaving us unless if you count Kane.

We really need to find a younger version. I hope we keep Santi if he's okay with lesser role and sign a new midfielder.

Hard to find someone younger because I've never seen anyone like him as a footballer. His two footedness makes him so dynamic it's hard to replicate

We have to move on and Xhaka has to be the metronome of our team now. We were extremely lucky that santi was able to transition into it now we've gotta hope Xhaka can make the same step up Santi did
