This is'nt a good stat. Because if you take out sanchez ,kocielny or ozil ,cech maybe monreal or coquelin you would get the same thing. He does'nt contribute in assist stats heavy or goals so not a good stat. Hmm ....cant have this personally too many factors. You remove certain players then your f***ked. There's been many games we boss but goalie has a worldly game making silly saves and we end with a draw there's quite alot of those at emirates. This is throw away stat.

Here's a stat more relevant.

Games without Cazorla this season = haven't lost a game

Games with cazorla this season = we have lost

I can think of many more reasons why it's a silly stat. Main one being it takes no consideration of the quality of opposition nor other fit and available players in each of those games. The argument was never about whether we win more games with Cazorla on the pitch than without though, it's that our fluency and cohesion in build up play suffers in his absence. I don't know how anybody can argue against that.

It's simple we miss cazorla because we have a shit front 3, he is a player that can make things happen and he gets the best out of ozil more importantly. We miss him bad everyone game has been dodgy since he got injured.

However he has flaws, we can definitely be overpowered by strong technical teams with both cazorla and ozil in the middle, he has shown vulnerability to getting pressed and as he is our main guy teams will target him hard to try stop is getting a rhythm.

He is unproven over a season to which relates to he can be overpowered, he is unproven to be able to withstand a whole season in the middle of the park, whether that be holding of injury or maintain good form, I don't believe he can do it.

Going forward we have other combinations that can bring a more balanced team but we need to stop having garbage in our front 3 to get the best out of these combos.

You can cherry pick games and stats to support arguments on either side.

What I can tell you for certain is that he adds stability to our midfield because he can actually hold the ball or dribble past players when pressured.

He also links up well with Ozil and Sanchez.

Thus, our attack looks and flows better with him.

Without him in the linuep, it puts a lot of pressure on Sanchez and Ozil to kickstart everything from close to the half line. We have to play further down instead of further up.

Ramsey needs to be given the run, he isn't as good as cazorla when being pressured but when facing play he can drive and link up with ozil. Xhaka can be the man to receive the ball under pressure and dictate play, cazorla is a class act but he can't last the distance.

This is completely on Wenger.

Total mismanagement of Santi.

He pushed him to 3 matches a week at his age while he was coming back from 1 season off.

On top of that to lose him to a side like Ludo when Xhaka was available....

What a disaster.

Its because of things like these that this guy will never win the league title again.
