I said before, I think the problem for AMN when he played across the middle for Wenger our midfield was weak. He didn't get that many games in the middle though.

According to Transfermarkt.co.uk he played in the middle for us under Wenger 3 times, one was a 4-1 win vs West Ham (he played with Ramsey and Xhaka), one was 2-1 loss to Man U, he played in a 2 with Xhaka and a 1-0 win against Huddersfield where he played in a 3 alongside Xhaka and Ramsey.

Some might say AMN in the middle doesn't make it stronger and I would agree with that, but he has proven to be adaptable, perhaps if he had a proper midfield general next to him his game would improve :dontknow:

Well I guess we can all stop speculating on how good he may or may not be with a decent run in central midfield, and instead wait and see how he gets on doing that for West Brom.

If he does really well we have a good central midfielder when his loan spell expires. If not we sell him.

I'm hoping that with a good loan spell we can get rid. A useful squad player to have but we need to generate money.

If we can get some £ for him and Willock it'll put us in good stead.

To be honest I don't think anyone will have cash for transfers for a couple of years.

Maybe paying in installments over a long time might be possible for some, but loans and free transfers are more likely I think.

Weird, but it explains why they’re fighting relegation

Jokes aside Ajayi actually looks like a decent CB from what I’ve seen tall, strong, good pace, decent on the ball he’ll have no trouble finding a new bpl team if they go down.

Can't judge him to much of this game. West Brom are a truly terrible team.

LOL.

AMN getting a look at what his future looks like as a CM in the league.

You tell me, would you rather be a Fullback for Arsenal and England or a CM on the same level as Division 1 players?

The boys an idiot, I'm done with him, after years of saying he wasn't good enough I rooted for him when he put in a few good games at Fullback and he's basically thrown it in our faces.

Sell him and let him get on with it.

DG I hear you but, isn't that a bit like doing a job you hate - for loads of money ? Some people can do it for the money, some people want job satisfaction. When I was young I was all about the job satisfaction, now I have experience behind me - show me the money all day of the week, it will provide me with happiness :)
