He is just too casual

AMN will never play midfield at a high level

AMN, he can never play CM for Arsenal. Prob even has more chance being a right winger even. Too lax and first touch is suspect. No chance really

agreed, the criticism he gets is excessive. Put in a better RB for sure, but he is definitely good enough to have as a squad option. Given his pace and strength, he should be given a chance in midfield. A couple of injuries to Guendo/Torreira/Xhaka and we're back to having no depth in midfield.

I don’t understand why we need two first team right backs anyway, are we City all of a sudden? That isn’t a priority position. And his last game, he did very well. People just like to complain.

Lol... how hard is it to understand that "playing out of position" line is played out. What do you guys need? Another Walcott "I wanna play through the middle" scenario before you know AMN is not good enough for the middle?
Most of the hate (in your words) stems from constant excuses for his poor judgement and casual approach in most games with the "he is played out position".

...again, if he is played out of position for years now, the door is open to leave if after been in this club for so long yet you can't displace Guendozi and Willock.

........ 1 - nil to The Arsenal

I think he plays with an inherent calmness that is both a strength and a pitfall of his; he rarely ever looks flustered or troubled when defending, but this can sometimes lead to lapses in concentration. This is something that can be coached out of his game though as he develops. He has a lot of raw potential though and I'm more than happy with him playing at right-back until Bellerin returns to full fitness.

How come a big club like Arsenal can keep using a makeshift RB, ? this has been going on for 2 seasons in a row. Are there no other RB in this world ? What happens if Belend returns and gets injured again, it’s back to AMN?

I dont even know where to begin.

Kept giving the ball away and played like a clown.

Bellerin needs to hurry back.

This was shocking
Where to begin.

Defensivly naive
Couldn't tackle
Out paced
Couldn't cross a ball
Not fit

And finally not good enough

I didn't post in here because I was fuming with him and wanted to calm down before commenting.

The guys not good enough for Arsenal end of, not RB, not CM, nothing.

He doesn't have enough skill its as simple as that, the guy wouldn't even make Watfords first 11.

Him, Xhaka and Mustafi are the final bits of dead wood we need to get out of this club.

I remember in the 2nd half it was him and Xhaka passing the ball unmarked from defence to midfield ............. and of course what you'd expect to happen, happened, one simple pass forward in space results to AMN slightly over hitting the pass, Xhaka too slow to react with a bad touch and the bell ends give the ball away.

Clowns.

He's 22 played 36 EPL games and is just not a top six player ... we can nurture him all we want you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear ... doesn't help that he gets zero protection from the midfield or that his fellow defenders are playing terrible football at the moment, but even with those excuses he is not a player that's going to get us CL football ...

He's our back up RB, he's better than Jenks would have been.
