There's a player in there somewhere. Look at how much Mourinho is getting out of Lingard, you can't say that Iwobi doesn't have more talent than that guy. Just about the right manager.

Looking at the stats (understat.com) they had a similar season creatively, although Iwobi tends to be involved more in the buildup. Lingard had a much better season in front of goal (his best)

Considering the age difference (3 years) Iwobi's season this year was much better than Lingard's 2 years ago (3 seasons ago Lingard couldn't get a game) or any other Lingard season despite most people claiming Iwobi has had a bad season.

So yeah, much rather have Alex

Don't disrespect lingard like that unlike Iwobi and Wilshere the guy actually has end product and turns up in big games

He's only had one good goalscoring season at the age of 25. It is not disrespectful to compare him to Iwobi.

Wilshere is a CM. Comparing their end product is stupid

The real comparison is probably to Ozil and Lingard (In terms of position and age) has double the goals in the PL that Ozil does, but far less assists obviously

How so? Ozil and Lingard play the same position. Obviously Ozil has more assists.

He already stagnated. Sorry Iwobi fans. Too inconsistent.
