Can’t believe we turned 17m down from Lazio in the summer.

Unai trying to build the team around him makes me cringe

This was actually one of his best games of the season (and he was still poor for most of the game) so don't wanna be too harsh on him.

It just irritates me when a huge amount of the utter cretins in our fanbase come out of the woodwork to defend their favourite lil boi because he scored

He actually had a great first half but that second half was trash.

Its mad. He scored a deflected goal, then smashes in the cleanest strike on the offside call.

Then he scuffs one chance and all the confidence he had built up disappears.

He needs to go along with mkhi because realistically, this should have been a slaughter but it ended up with us defending on the edge.

We were fortunate they can't score for shit and we still managed to f**k that up

He's going to be 23 next month. He's at an age where he needs to improve his decision-making and productivity because if we want to be competing with the elite sides again, we can't afford to be wasteful like he is.

He was actually very good in the first-half and was unlucky with the offside goal as it was a cracking finish.

In the second half, he spurned some fabulous chances and his crosses were absolute dross. Like chalk and cheese.

I don't mind him as a squad player, as he is useful off the bench and in the Europa League/League Cup games. But he shouldn't be starting for us.

I feel like a lot of us get frustrated with him because he is a first team player when he shouldn't be.

People get frustrated because he typifies Arsenal over the last decade. Gets your hopes up only to let you down when it matters.

Needs to work on his end product - but we’ve been saying that for the last 2 seasons ...

Huddersfield hit the post against liverpool and blazed a shot over the bar near the end
The result Huddersfield 0 Liverpool 1

He needs to grow in confidence and he knows he needs to work on his end product.

Again, for me, he should be played as an 8 rin the middle of the pitch and not out as winger where he's the focal point for creating chances.

We had this under Wenge when certain players kept on getting played. The focus needs to go on the manager and why he gets picked instead of directing it at the player.

Anyone that wants to talk about Emery needing time and support will also need to extend that attitude the players he keeps picking.
